Hello - I v got little issue - I have two SSD discs - first has Windows. I reinstalled it and everything seems to be right. BUT I cannot acces my second disc now - It s just showing up DOUBLE size, even in BIOS and Disc Management, but I cant do anything - rename disc, nothing. I ve tried changed disc ID, but they are different. I tried changed SATA slots, nothing happening. There are data important to me, and I just wanted reinstall Windows on one disc and just plug the other one disc...but it s not happening.

I think there is some problém with Windows identification - because it shows double size of memory instead of real. I really do not want rebooting this.

Never heard of anything like this.
1. Are you sure Your HDD is not set up as RAID in BIOS? check this. switch RAID off.
2. Are You using the same version of windows? (previously windows professional now home?) as You might have had Your drive encrypter using windows integrated too called bitlocker. and if You have got just Windows HOME now it will not see the encrypted drive(HOME has not got bitlocker integrated)

3. To clarify I am not talking about any malicious ransomeware that encrypts data.
4. Are You sure you are not talking about your RAM memory instead of the hard drive where your data is?

1- no, its Kingston SUV 400 250GB - and i m not using RAID - both discs are AHCI
2- I have same version of Windows - Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
3- I dont know how this should be done - I just reinstalled Windows on other disc - this one untouched
4- Yeah, I m sure, my data are on Kingston, RAM memory is 32GB

- I tried reinstalled Windows, no changes - but I still wonder why is incorect size of my disc shown in BIOS. I tried, unpluged it, different SATA slots, have only on disc at same time, and still same problem - bad size of my SSD disk.

- Disc Managment shows me same problem - "Storage pool 447GB", but i cant switch it to hard drive (all selections by right click are grey).

You can always reset BIOs settings to default. or:
I bet you have 2 hard drives and that 447 is your "500gb" sotrage drive. and you have formatted(installed windows onto your 250 kingston drive.

If I am wrong this would be one of the strangest cases i have heard of.

I just flashed BIOS now, and, nothing happened.

And - yes - I installed Windows on 250 GB disk (...and OS was just there before), and second hard drive is untouched (but now shows as Storage pool, but i cant do anything with it 🙁

But still - my problém is, I cant go back to my data on my storage disk - there never was OS, never program installed. It s only shows as "storage pool" in disc management, but I cant do anything to change it - just format or reset...

Hmm...but I dont want recover data on my disk where I´ve got installed Windows, I want data, and make my SECOND SSD DRIVE running again. Recuva restore data from disk where it is installed - it doesnt found my second disc either.
