Second stream pc

Hello guys, i need tour help.
I reasently got a new CPU and mitherboard for my pc so i could stream on twitch. But in my older PC there was an Intel core i7 870 with 4 cores and hyper threading. So my question is: can i build a PC with my older parts and how to use it for the stream. I want to do this because i'm getting much frame drops in games like CS go cod 3 and starwars battlefront. Could i use that CPU and how to set it all up?

It is a good CPU but a bit outdated and low end (by today's standards). For streaming, even FX-8320 will get better frames and less stutters.

What is your budget?

Also, list all the parts on your current PC with the i7.
