secondary HDD gone missing after Win10 install

I have a similar situation with Tmmausol,
I have 3 storage drives 1 250 gb Samsung SSD where I have installed Win 10 and 2 WD HDDs: one 700gb and the other, newer with 3 tb. All 3 drives were visible in the beginning, but after i reinstalled Win 10 the 700 HDD "vanished" but it is still present on Manage. Once it was available for a short time but after that i couldn't access it again.

I managed the fix that issue by rearranging the drive order in BIOS. Set the SDD first the 3TB HDD second and the HDD with the problem last and it was present in "This PC" after a reboot
