Secondary Web pages

Accessing a site cannot get their secondary pages to come up.
Any suggestions, works Ok on one computer but not an another one

You mean a new windows does not open? Do you have Pop Up Blocker enabled?

What browser are you using?

It works OK with IE but not Chrome or Mozilla

A new browser window or a new browser tab?

Do you see any errors or the window just never appears?

There are no errors, but let me be a little more specific. When I access a site, which is Ok, if there is another secondary window for other site features, that window does not open at all. Itis as if it does not exist
