"Secure boot violation" preventing start up

Hello. A friend of mine has encountered a problem with his pc. Upon startup he is preselected with this message.

Secure boot violation
The system found unauthorised changes on the firmware, operating system, or UEFI drivers. Press [OK] to run the next boot device or directly to BIOS setup if no other boot devices are installed.go to BIOS setup > Advanced > boot and change the current boot device into other boot devices.

If anyone has the solution I'd really appreciate it.

Never-ending. I found the anwser. If anyone else has the issue what you do is turn off secure boot. All the best.
