Check Media presence start PXE over IPV4 came up after removing Isurf malware or virus. Tried usb boot option and ISO 8.1 install on partition drive but no joy. Machine stuck in start PXE over IPV4 cheers for help.. After steps taken HDD had failed from possible power surge rural area thanks...

Unless you usually boot through a network, the BIOS is seeking to do so because it can't find anything further up the Boot Options list that actually works. Check BIOS to see where Network is in the list and ake sure the Hard Disk is top of the list.
