Hi, does anyone have information about this brand of UPS? I bought it already but Im worried that its really not a reliable brand since not much info is available online. My fault for not doing research 1st but it was the only UPS that has a 3000VA which I needed for my work. Any info about it would help, thanks guys.

Doesn't exist on google so it's as good as non existent.

APC sells worldwide through partners, usually 2-3days and you can get anything but the data center solutions.

See if https://www.cyberpowersystems.com/products/ups/smart-app-sinewave/pr3000lcd or https://www.cyberpowersystems.com/products/ups/smart-app-online/ol3000rtxl2u are available in your area

And for the love of god don't mix UPS and AVR...
I meant that regarding this brand there isn't much info available online. I dont live in the US and in our country this is the best one I could find that has the highest about of battery storage. I know APC is a good brand but they didn't have one with 3000VA and I needed one ASAP.

so im guessing you never heard of this brand?

Oh jeez, so I should just leave out the AVR then? because I am after the battery power to keep my rig running during power outages.

Ugh, yea you are right. This was a bad mistake. Too late now. Ill just pray that its not a flakey product. I cannot return it anymore.

So far, no good news came of this brand. No website and support whatsoever. I was offered a battery replacement for it from where I bought it though, but I just didn't bother anymore. I just bought a new one instead, APC.
