Getting this security alert daily, not sure what it's for. I've searched the website in the alert but nothing shows up.

It says you are going to a website with an invalid security certificate. If it happens on one website, it is the website owners problem. If it is hppening to all websites, then there is a misconfigured proxy.

It does not happen on any website, or browser. The window just pops up separate of any browser, sometimes when the PC is idle on no websites.

You have SOME software that is trying to access a website. Based on the name shown in your capture -- webdisk.thewebnest.in You have some software that is accessing what looks like cloud storage in India.
There is a facebook page if you google thewebnest.in -- Looks like they are a business web developer.
