Hi everyone,
I have two issues I've been trying to figure out to no avail. Was hoping to get some answers here
1. How can you edit, say the desktop, of the Guest account without having to turn on UAC each time you want to do so? It blocks actions like deleting icons and I would rather like to find a way instead of restarting over and over for UAC on and off.
2. I installed a Vertex 3 M-IOPS in October 2011. The latest firmware and everything. Since I installed it though I don't always get immediate permissions (as administrator) to everything. Sometimes individual files are completely blocked off to me on the security tab and cannot be deleted. In those cases I usually have to find the directory folder and change ownership there. Is there a way I could make a permanent default change to avoid all of this? This only started to happen on the new drive, my secondary, my 2 year old WD Caviar Black never did this.
