[SOLVED] Security-SPP Error Event ID:16385 and Task Scheduler Not Running

Hello and how to fix Security-SPP Error Event ID:16385 its spamming alot in my event viewer,my task scheduler is not running and when i try to run task scheduler it give me a warning :The task scheduler service on local computer started and then stopped how can i fix this?

right click start button

choose powershell (admin)

copy/paste this command into window:

Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter

Then type SFC /scannow and press enter

restart PC after running both

First command repairs the files SFC uses to clean files, and SFC fixes system files

Dell seem to think its caused by malware so perhaps run malwarebytes or Hitman Pro and see what they find.
