Hi there

Any help appreciated.

How do I turn on the file and folder security in XP Home edition. I know
there is a registery tweak but does anyone know it?

Is the drive formatted as NTFS?

Hi Esk,

First, the drive must be formatted NTFS. Start the computer in Safe Mode and
log in under an Administrator account.....the Security tab will then be
available for files and folders.
