I am a beginner in learning to use a computer. I am using Avira for security. It keeps coming up with a problem of "user32.dll heur modified.systemfile" over and over. Even after I quarantine it, it will come up again.
At times I can't get on Google chrome and sometimes it takes 5 or 10 minutes to be able to use my computer after turning it on. Thanks for any help. I am using Windows 7 64 bit. appreciate easy to understand help.
