SED + Non SED NVME = RAID 0?

Hi guys.

Current setup:
i7 8700K
Asus ROG Strix Z370 F Gaming
16GB RAM

Recently I've bought an NVME SSD by Toshiba (THNSF5256GPUK). Was thinking of using it for my newest project.

Then, couple of hours ago, a seller from my local forum published another similar NVME SSD, but with different code (THNSN5256GPUK). The only difference is that one is SED and another is Non-SED. Based on my reading, SED stands for "Self Encrypting Drive".

My question: Can I RAID0 these NVME SSDs without a problem?

Edited: I don't mind about the Read/Write speed. Just that I am curious whether it is possible for me to mix these two types of NVME in one motherboard, and RAID it. If not, then my storage solution is to get a normal HDD, as SSD price in my country is pretty steep.

Solution

RAID 0 + NVMe SSD may be slower than individual drives.
