See files but cant load/read on WD EXT HDD

I have a Western Digital External HDD that was around some rare earth magnets (Bucky Balls) for a few hours. Now, I can see the drive on my computer (HP with Windows 8.0) but I am unable to load any files. When I run CHKDSK, it says it can't do anything with a RAW disk. I've tried TESTDISK, EaseUS, and iCare recovery and it doesn't see anything on the disk. With Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery, it scans the disk (the full volume, 2TB) but shows 0.00 kb on the disk. Is there another way to recover the partition and/or the files?

Send it to a data recovery service as they may be able to recover the data. How did Bucky Balls end up close enough to the hard disk to partially wipe it out?

Unfortunaltey, since you've tried several data recovery tools and none of them worked, I would say that your safest bet of recovering the data is to contact one of WD's Data Recovery Partners: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=p3hrOl
