So I have a twin monitor set up. A few days ago I started to see random pixels across my screens. They seem to move when other things move, for instance they seem to dance when the typing cursor blinks, they mouse cursor can also cover them up.
The problem first happened when I set my monitors to 144 hz in my settings, when when playing Final Fantasy 14 I noticed this happen so I dialed it back to 60, but the problem recently came back. So far I've done a system refresh, checked my gpu drivers, tested all of my RAM slots, and I've done a fully clean reinstall of my GPU drivers and the problem persists.MY monitor connections are HDMI and Display and it's happening on both monitors.

RAM: 16 GB DDR4
GPU: AMD RX 580
