Seek Z390 ATX mb with all 3 output of HDMI, DP, DVI ports. Connecting all 3 displays at the same time.
Building new system to upgrade old Asus Prime Z370-A II mb, with 3 HDMI, DVI, Display Port outputs.
All new Z390 ATX mb only have HDMI and DP outputs, but without DVI output?

Will this ASRock mb can drive 3 displays simultaneously, each with HDMI, VGA & DVI? Thanks.

Oh, No, The reviews are bad, This is a cheap low end mb. Do not want to spend time fixing and dealing with complaints from office users.
Why do you need a Z390 board for office users? If you aren't planning on overclocking there is no real benefit. https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/H370 Pro4/index.asp I can vouch for the micro-atx version of this board, and yes it can drive 3 displays at once using integrated Intel graphics. Also, you do not need to upgrade from Z370 to Z390 to support a 9th generation CPU the Asus Prime Z370-A II supports the 9900K with a BIOS update. Finally, while I did say it can drive 3 displays, a 2560x1600 display plus two 4K displays may not work with only the integrated graphics.

You are right. Some offices now ask for small 4K TV instead of monitors. So that they can switch to watch ball games during their breaks.
We are looking at multiple 4K HDMI 2.0 output to drive these TV running as monitors. Do you recommend any specific graphic cards? We found Asus GeForce 4GB HDMI 2.0 DP 1.4 DVI GTX1050TI. Or Gigabyte GeForce GTS 1050 Ti OC 4GB GDDR5 128 bit PCI-E. Any suggestions?
Thank you
