Why Are You Upgrading: Originally it was a modest build just so I could start playing games in general. Now im more financially stable and im looking to upgrade.

So you would agree PSU should be my main priority? I've had an issue with titan fall 2 crashing and then my desktop would freeze, and I was wondering if it could have been a power problem with the new GPU.

The PSU is most likely the cause for crashes.
There could be other factors like over heating or unstable clocks however.

So going with my initial plan then here are a couple choice I've picked that put me right at my price range for 2/3 of the issues you mentioned.

Water cooling: DeepCool Gamer Storm CPU Liquid Cooler AIO Water Cooling (CAPTAIN 120 EX).
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 P2, 80+ PLATINUM 750W , Fully Modular (750w overkill for my setup?) I've been reading about "efficiency" but I don't have a full understanding of it all yet.

That PSU is most definitely overkill.

That could handle your setup easily.

OK I purchased EVGA Supernova G2 550W and DeepCool Gamer Storm CPU Liquid Cooler AIO Water Cooling (CAPTAIN 120) Hopefully that should make everything smooth sailing.
