1) Please advice whether the abovementioned configuration workable ?

2) If upgrade to AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (motherboard unchanged), would there is any recognised improvement in operation ?

The new dual-boot desktop PC;

36 cloned wordpress sites are running on VMs of Oracle VirtualBox. In case of any live site having problem I can clone the local site to the server of the hosting company to replace the problematic site.
