Yes, that one will fit in the socket and cool the 4750G nicely.

The Fan is packed in a paper box, still in good condition. Can I use it?

I doubt you can mount it on the AM4 socket.

Firing "AMD4 fans" on Internet, I found following link;

Still it is NOT clear to me how the cooling fan is mounted/locked on the motherboard. All PCs built by me previously the cooling fan is mounted/locked on the motherboard, with its bottom pressing firmly on the CPU.

Anyway I'll bring my cooling fan to computer shops when buying the motherboard. If it can't be mounted/locked on motherboard I'll purchased the cooling fan recommended by you previously.

At present I'm still learning cPanel installation.
