Question Seeking advice on whether to upgrade now for Cyberpunk 2077?

Here's my current set up;

i7 2600 CPU (not overclocked)
16gb DDR3 1333MHZ desktop RAM
Corsair GOLD 1000W PSU-modular
500GB Samsung Evo SSD
1TB WD hard disk
BenQ EL2870U 28” 4K HDR 1ms Gaming Monitor with B.I.+
Founders Edition EVGA GTX 1080 ti

Here's what I want to upgrade to, wondering if it's worth the cash vs 'speculated' performance upgrade I feel I will get.

I want to keep the GPU, so will the new components enhance my 4K gaming experience and give my GPU and system a performance boost....oh and I was thinking about upgrading to 32gb RAM.

costs will come down and performance will go up, so wait unless you are having performance issues now that you need to resolve.
