Hello everyone,
I’ve been struggling with a persistent issue on my high-end PC. Despite having powerful hardware, the system's performance is slower than expected, and I haven’t been able to pinpoint the exact cause.
Here are the specs of my system:
Motherboard:
Memory (RAM):
Graphics Card (GPU):
Storage (Drives):
Operating System:
Processor Cooling: Updated to a CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML360 RGB TR4 High-Performance Liquid Cooler (originally amended to ENERMAX LIQTECH TR4 II 240mm).
Thermal Paste: Arctic MX-4 Extreme Thermal Conductivity Compound.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your attention and participation.
Best regards,
Ahmad
I’ve been struggling with a persistent issue on my high-end PC. Despite having powerful hardware, the system's performance is slower than expected, and I haven’t been able to pinpoint the exact cause.

Processor Cooling: Updated to a CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML360 RGB TR4 High-Performance Liquid Cooler (originally amended to ENERMAX LIQTECH TR4 II 240mm).
Thermal Paste: Arctic MX-4 Extreme Thermal Conductivity Compound.
Issues Observed:
- Slow Boot Time: The system takes approximately 3 minutes to boot into Windows, which is unusually long for such hardware.
- Frequent Freezes: The system occasionally becomes completely unresponsive even during basic tasks like creating a folder or browsing the web.
- Inconsistent Performance: The system sometimes shows slower-than-expected performance under load, even though no thermal throttling or excessive temperatures are detected.
What I’ve Tried So Far:
- Hardware Tests: I’ve run multiple stress tests on the GPU, CPU, RAM, and storage. All results show that the components are performing individually as expected.
- Temperature Monitoring: All sensors report normal operating temperatures. There’s no indication of overheating.
- Safe Mode Testing: The system still boots slowly, even in safe mode.
- Driver Updates: All drivers are up to date, and I’ve even reinstalled Windows to rule out software corruption.
- Component Isolation: I’ve tested the system with minimal hardware (CPU, one stick of RAM, one storage drive) connected, but the issues persist.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your attention and participation.
Best regards,
Ahmad
