Seeking Advice; Specifications For Streaming Video

Greetings,

I am preparing for a build (Nothing fancy or extreme) for a friend. He would like to begin video conferencing. Since this is going to be for his work, it's important to him that the video is good.

What I would like is some recommendations for an affordable build. If possible, specific recommendations for video quality as well (probably 720 or 1080).

Make sure the upload speed of the internet connection is fast enough. Some DSL connections have slow upload speed. I would look for 1Mb/s upload speed or faster.

If it is not fast enough the video can disconnect or be choppy.

We actually just upgraded to 25 Mbps up and 50 down, iirc. Their up would have been an issue, so I recommended upgrading it prior to building a pc to make sure it was in place for testing hardware without concern of limited speeds.
