Approximate Purchase Date: next week

Budget Range: $600 preferred, but I can flex up if this is just plain too low

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Primary importance: Many (30ish) internet browser windows being simultaneously open and quickly-accessible without having the system lock up excessively. Secondarily, ability to play MOBA style games would be nice, so a cheap graphics card.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: new full system

Do you need to buy OS: I'm not sure. I have the Product Key on my windows 10 from my other PC handy, so that should work if I enter it on this new system right?

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon

Location: Austin TX

Additional Comments: Having lots of browser windows open and accessible simultaneously is my prime concern, so emphasis on whatever PC parts are most important for that. I'll have a local PC place put the system together for me.

regarding EITHER of those builds (Archaic59 or SteveRX4), can you recommend a compatible Case that is Mid Tower size, and does NOT have any flashy colors or LEDs? I'd like something well-ventilated, just no flash or style. Plain grey or black coloration.

Specify which build you're referring to...
