I have encountered a situation where I possess multiple HDDs, and I am in need of specific performance counters to effectively monitor their operations. The counters I require are as follows:
Average Disk Sec/Read
Average Disk Sec/Write
Average Disk Sec/Transfer
Average Disk Queue Length
Disk Read/Sec
Disk Write/Sec
%Disk Time
%Idle Time
I have diligently searched through datasheets, and while I checked Windows Performance Monitor (perfmon), it only provides instantaneous values rather than the crucial average or maximum usage over time.
I am here to seek your valuable guidance on any reliable methods or tools to measure these counters accurately and consistently. Additionally, if you know of any websites or online sources that offer access to historical data for these specific HDD performance counters, your recommendations will be immensely helpful.

Perfmon does in fact include Ave, Min & Max for each counter once you add them to the list of active counters.

Doesn't make sense to ask for things like %idle time historical data on the web. As this depends on the use of the individual machine, and isn't defined by the model of the HDD.

I utilized Perfmon to gauge performance counters, which provides values at specific moments. Could you recommend alternative approaches for measuring these values continuously or suggest other methods to retrieve data for below given counters?
Average Disk Sec/Read
Average Disk Sec/Write
Average Disk Sec/Transfer
Average Disk Queue Length
Disk Read/Sec
Disk Write/Sec
