3200+ is rather cool, specially with cool&quiet enable. A goodaftermarket fan will set you back 50$ no biggy even for his budget. He has a LianLi case, really quiet!

And your betetr of to buy a full featured A64 and to underclock it!Like this you can alaways get the power back!(it would be better moneywise than a Pentium-M)

The newer AMD HSFs offer really good cooling. They are noisier than something like a Thermalright XP-90C with a Panaflo, but not obnoxious (the XP-90 with a Pana is quiet but costs around $50). Good case option is a <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=11-129-127&depa=1" target="_new">Antec Sonata</A> - on sale, too.

But why go with Plextor are they 2 sheep drives?
I'm pretty happy with my $40 something NEC drive.

I already bought everything, I just need to know if that DFI NF3 mobo will be compatible with my old Nvidia GF3 Elsa Gladiac 64MB video card.....i can't upgrade my video card untill next payday.
