Seeking low input latency x-IPS monitor

I wonder if someone could point me to a review of an IPS monitor with low input latency. 24" preferred. I'd like a gaming monitor but I am not thrilled with the TN panels poor viewing angle and colors.

Dell U2410. Extremely low lag in gaming mode, and still fairly good in other modes (~10ms or less in gaming mode, ~25-30ms otherwise, IIRC)

A highly respected member of www.hardforum.com, ToastyX has tested the 26" Planar PX2611w (~$800) to have <8ms of input lag.

I have the NEC LCD2690WUXi and the Planar PX2611w. Both use the same H-IPS panel and I can notice the difference between the two monitors in gaming. the NEC has input lag of 32.5ms mostly because it's internal electronics uses additional processes to improve color and overall image quality.

OK. For some reason, I'd remembered it as less than that.

14ms is still plenty fast though. I would be pretty surprised if you could notice it.
