Seeking recommendation: 1440p / IPS / 27" / height adjustable / ~$300 range

I'm seeking a monitor to play Ark / Overwatch / PUBG on, until panel makers finally release a new line. In addition to the following criteria, the display must also not have a reputation of being unreliable: 1440p / IPS / 27" / height adjustable / ~$300 range

I love Dell Ultrasharps, but they cost in the mid $400 range, which is uncomfortably close to the price of high refresh 1440p displays. Thank you.

I can not find any 27" 1440p 60Hz IPS with adjustable stand for about USD300 as normal price here, where I live...but...
if you are lucky enough, perhaps you can find these:
BenQ GW2765HT
ASUS PB278QR.
