Seeking Recommendations For Pre-Built Windows 7 Desktop: Streaming/Office

My current computer is an HP Compaq dx2450 Microtower, and just about at the ten year mark. It is a dual processor, 3 GB (2.5 GB usable) of RAM. I feel like I need a replacement. It’s not that great when it comes to handling the stress of attempting to stream--especially through sites like Netflix or Hulu, though occasionally Youtube as well--and the nvidia drivers went into end of life years ago, from what I’ve determined after looking into it.

I am looking for something that would at least be reliable as this old one has been, even if I do understand that it probably wouldn’t be as long lived. I plan to purchase whatever I happen to find within the next couple of weeks.

I am seeking pre-built suggestions only, please. I would rather not try to build anything on my own, seeing as I am not anywhere approaching technologically savvy enough to know what parts to pick, or be able to do that. Since it’s been so long since I last had to purchase one, I really don’t know which brand names and models are best anymore, or what would be most suitable to my needs.

I have my heart set on keeping to Windows 7 for at least the next few years, so I need something that already has Windows 7 installed; and if not, that would at least allow me to install Windows 7 Professional 64 bit onto it. I am currently not interested in Windows 10. I know that certain processors don’t work on Windows 7, so I’m trying to weed those out.

I don’t need any peripherals, as I have everything I need in that department. I really just need the desktop. So this is what I’m looking for:

-Something less than $850, if it’s at all possible.
-Windows 7 compatible
-Quad core, at the very least.
-1 TB hard drive.
-At least 8 GB of RAM.
-While my current model was originally intended for use in a business, the new one doesn't have to be.

-Type of use: streaming will be involved, in addition to regular day to day typing with office software like LibreOffice and normal day to day internet use. Occasionally, there will be use of a video editing program, but that’s just Video To Video Portable, and it’s a light use of that at most. No gaming would be involved.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I am open to any and all suggestions, and thank anyone that has one in advance.

Could you elaborate on the streaming nomenclature? Are you referring to game streaming or streaming media from the interwebs like YouTube/Twitch and not to said services? A list of apps you're going to tax the system would help a lot. Essentially asking for info found here.

You could probably get by with a Ryzen 5 1600 system provided we're talking about streaming media/gaming to the webs. If not then you can tone down the system build.

That's it exactly, yes. There would be no gaming involved with this desktop; it's definitely just streaming from.
