Got all the parts figured out for Budget $1400.00 just don't know what's the best memory to go with.
Might be able to bump CPU up to a Ryzen 7 if stays in budget.

if i were you i would go for 3700x/3800x,paired with 16gb od 3600mhz ddr4 memory.I mean x570 and rx 5700 just sound like a great combo with 3700x/3800x,not a 3600.But that just my opinion
