[SOLVED] Seeking suggestions for Blender 3.1 build ?

I am considering building my own PC for use with Blender 3.1 and Krita. There will be a lot of rendering and video editing. I am concerned about sufficient cooling. I am new to the idea of building my own PC but I feel like it could be a better deal than getting a pre-built from Dell, which was my original thought. I need to keep the cost under 1700 dollars. I appreciate any advice. I am aware of the Micro Center build showcase and I am also looking there but I want as much information as possible. Thank you!
