my gpu not works if works then clock issue i get less fps from actual performance of my gpu gpu name msi r9 270
when my pc is standing vertically then my pc never give display but when my pc lays down it works another issue is with my gpu clocks i check my gpu clocks through msi afterburner when my clocks goes 100% ful then i get much less fps in games from actual fps that i checked in benchmarks but sometimes it clocks never goes up while it is in idle it works fine alll my games i play and enjoy but these 2 issues r much giving problem anyy solution help me
