Seidon 120V false testing?

I've read a lot about this cooler, opinions very much divided.

But are these 2 sources telling the truth? If so, is the 120v not a pretty decent cooler? (albeit not at all the best)

Certainly not horrible. The one issue being the 50+ DB it puts out under full load. That is an INCREDIBLE amount of noise. My custom loop cooler turned up to max makes about 35, with three fans and a pump mounted outside the case.

No idea. Some crap that came with the radiator.
