I recently purchased a cheap 4K TV from seiki and for a reason I've yet to figure out all the dark colors are replaced by lines.

Everything else looks great, 4K videos look fine for the most part.
Is this a problem with the TV itself? can it be solved by flashing it to different firmware? is my GPU just crap? I honestly have no Idea.
I have an R9 390 in my rig right now and my 980ti showed up while writing this. So I'll make sure to post if my GPU was the issue within the next day or so. But if anyone else with this TV (Seiki SE39UY04 39-Inch 4K) please let me know how to fix this issue.
Edit* Installing the 980ti didn't change anything, however in the process of testing this I did find out that when the 4K TV is the only display plugged in the lines are drastically reduced almost enough to be ignored, but still present.
