Select a best Value GPU for the following specs

at least 2GB memory, at least 192 bit GDDR5. Released at least not earlier than Q4 of 2012. Capable of playing demanding games at 1080p or lesser at MAX settings (BF4, Crysis 3 Metro 2033 etc) with AA at max. budget max at 300$ or 15K Philippine Peso. Nvidia or AMD is entertained so long as you explain why. Original CPU partner is core-i5 4440 or you can suggest a better one so long as its less than 250$ or 10k Php. Planned for gaming on one monitor but can be upgraded to 3 monitors if money comes in. Thanks!!

at the current prices, the best value going is the r9 280x. they can be had for $250 after rebate... and equal a gtx770.

For the $300 budget, the r9 280x will get you the best performance. The Nvidia option would be the gtx 770 which is slightly more powerful than the r9 280x but also costs $30-50 (USD) more. The i5-4440 is good, no need to change that. I am not sure how part availability is in the Philippines but if you can't find a r9 280x at the price you need the next best would be the r9 280 (no x).

If you will be playing on 3 monitors at high settings in those games, you will want to crossfire or SLI two cards.
