Select Boot Device

Okay here are my specs,

z1x70 mobo
gtx 1080 gpu
intel i7 cpu

Basically I need to change boot order or select boot device but when my computer starts up it totally disregards my command to enter bios <DEL> or select boot device (F12) and just boots straight to windows 10. What is going on and how do I fix it? I have tried holding the command from power on and pressing it multiple times but it just ignores everything.

You could try holding shift down when restarting your PC.
Just restart via the Windows menu and hold shift down, I'm not quiet sure when to release again. Usually I just keep it down untill the pc is ready to boot once again.
You should pop into BIOS from here

I think you should mash on F8, not sure, it depends on the MBO manufacturer, give it a try, it worked on my Asus board and Gigabyte board.
