Helo i have the same problem !! it a nightmare. I have tried everything,I've tried to download the sata controller i've changed from 3.0 usb to 2.0 usb and it still doesn't work.This is a new pc by the way so maybe i might need y to download drivers or something but I dont know , that is why im asking you please Help!!
