Select the Z370 motherboard

Hey guys!

Help me choose between
ASROCK Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming K6 and GIGABYTE Z370 HD3P

I already have:
INTEL Core i7-8700K 6-Core 3.7GHz
BE QUIET! Dark Rock Pro 4
CORSAIR AX760 760W
CORSAIR 32GB Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHz CL16 KIT CMK32GX4M2D3000C16

I'm not interested for hard o.c.
which one is better quality board?
I don't have any experience with ASROCK,
but I've heard Fatal1ty have much better VRM than HD3P, is that true?
and is it GIGABYTE VRM so bad?

Other than that, the ASRock is mostly better.
AFAIK, all motherboards in the same chipset category comes with the same amount of PCIe lanes, so this data has made me confused.
For VRM, ASRock seems to be way better. Refer to the "Stroomcircuit" section.
