So I first started experiencing in the calculator and xbox app. Basically what happens is that the selection "focus" changes until its in the top right hand corner. I didn't expect much of it because it wasn't really hindering my work in anyway.
My company recently updated to 10.0.17763, and now it does this "ghost tab" in any windows 10 app. The search bar has been rendered completely useless due to this as well. This is what I have tried:
SFC came back clear
new mouse and keyboard had no affect
Disabling Cortana changed nothing
Different AD user on same machine sees the same thing
Doesn't appear to be set in GPO
Malware scans came back clean
No one else seems to be encountering this issue, and I haven't been able to find anything online. I'm close to just re-imaging the machine. Anyone seen this before?
