I'm planning to upgrade my desktop. My configurations are :
1. GigaByte G41M Combo
2. Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53 GHz
3. 4GB RAM 1333MHz
4. And a 9 year old iBall 250W PSU
5. Windows 8.1 x64

I'm trying to find a good GPU under ₹5000 for my desktop but I'm confused as there are a lot of choices. I have narrowed it down to these 3 GPUs :
(i) Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 240 with Boost 1 GB DDR5 ₹4950
(ii) ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 Synergy Edition 2 GB DDR3 ₹3100 (Gainward/Galaxy also)
(iii) Forsa NVIDIA GT610 2 GB DDR3 ₹3180
(iv) Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 2 GB DDR3 ₹3050

Now, my problem is that I don't know whether my motherboard will support Sapphire ATI R7 240 as it is a relatively newer/better performance card than. I have no idea if these are supported by my MoBo.

Also, since my PSU is very old, I'm trying to buy a new one but I heard the Corsair "CX" version is much better than the "VS" version.
(i) Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU ₹3000
(ii) Corsair Corsair CX430 430 Watts ₹2800 / Corsair VS450 450 Watt ₹2200 (Which is better CX or VS?)
(iii) Cooler Master Thunder 500W ₹3200
(iv) Or very cheap Zebronics Gold 400W ₹1000 (Are such PSUs good for GPUs?)

Which PSU is better in terms of the GPU performance/power requirements.
Please let me know which of the above-mentioned GPU is best and supported by my desktop config/Motherboard. Also, is there any other graphic cards under ₹5000 which are equally good? It should not bottleneck my PC.

P.S : I apologize for such a long question but I'm very confused in selecting one of these choices as I don't know which is better.

Solution
The DDR won't make difference. R7 240 is very weak. MSI and Sapphire are both good.

You've now changed your opening post and added figures for PSU and GPU.

Zebronics are house burners.

Yes I have. Could you please tell me which one is better in the given list? They all are under my price range but I have no idea which one is better and would not bottleneck my PC.
