Selecting MOBO socket 775

Hi, my mobo asus p5qc is died, so i need help to choose a mobo, my comps:

gygabyte 5850 oc
lc power 550w 6550 rev 2.0
gskil 2x4gb ddr3 1333mhz cl7 ( too i have kingston hyperx ddr2 800mhz)
crucial c300 ssd 64gb
samsung hdd 500gb
quad core q9400 (also i have a q6600)
noctua nh-u12p
mid-tower raidmax sagittarius (atx and mAtx support)

so what will be good for my build?

About the only new LGA775 motherboards available now are the G41's.

I happen to like the G'byte G41MT-ES2L (I have 3).
