Selecting pc parts need opinions

Solution
Made a couple of changes. Increases costs by $20 but gives you a better performing SSD, faster RAM, and a better build quality PSU. The G1 series wasn't great quality wise. The G2 is a better step up. Its not a 650w, but really you're not even hitting 500w (I think barely 400 at load) with that system as it is so a 550w would do you just fine.

Your build is good and no changes are required.

I do have some preferences.

1. Samsung evo is considered as more reliable and performs better.
240gb is good for windows.
Unless you will be storing large files such as videos, you could defer on the hard drive. It is easy to add one later.
Or... consider that a 500gb ssd up front may let you defer on a hard drive forever.

2. GTX1060 only needs 450w. Even a GTX1080 only needs 520w.
EVGA NEX is not one of their best units, tier 3 on this list:

Buy a tier 2 Seasonic S12II 520w unit for less.

The 620w version is not much more.

Some have suggested faster ram, but faster ram does not translate into significant performance improvement.

And... I think faster ram that needs more than 1.2v may have a negative impact on overclocking.
2400 speed is about right.
