Self spawning Email - Outlook

Hello,
I clicked on a link from what I thought was a relaible souce, only to discover that once I clicked on it, all my contacts were sent the same email , obviously anyone who saw who the mail was from would assume it was me and if they clicked on the link the same would happen to them and so and so. The link is to some get rich quick guy.
Anyone have any ideas of how I can get rid of this bug as everytime I add a new contact the process is started all over again. I have done various deep scans using Norton and AVG but they find nothing. Any help would be welcomed

Probably JavaScript (if it really happened), posting the same thing 3 times tends to damage the credibility of reports like this...

Running MALWARE BYTES seems to have done the trick. It also cleared other junk which other scanners had missed. So cheers Bret for that useful bit of 'free' software.
