Seling pc or upgrade? Help please

Right hello. I have a gaming pc that just turned 1 years old and am planning on getting a new one or upgrading it. This is my spec.
Rx460 4gb strix
Ryzen 5 1500x
B350m motherboard
16gb ripjaws ddr4 ram
EVGA 430w power supply
AF120 fans
NZXT s340 case

Should I upgrade it or sell parts?? How much will I get if I sell it all with windows 10 incuded? And what parts should I consider upgrading? Thanks

Sell your 460 and buy a GTX 1060 or better and your PC will be killing modern AAA titles.
