I currently have an Ath M50 with a zalman clip on mic. I really hate the extra cable, and I want a better soundstage and more comfortable headphones.
The Cloud Alpha is currently on sale for under the equivalent of $100, but I'm kinda skeptical about the comfort. Sennheiser's PC373D or G4ME ZERO are apparently very comfortable, and have wider soundstage than the Clouds? The HD6XX is currently available on Massdrop as well, but there is no way I can afford an amp as well, especially considering if I'd have to courier it here.
So should I think more long term? Or get a more comfortable pair now that is basically just suited for gaming only?
Also kinda hate the look of the Clouds. Not too sure open back is for me (sound-leakage), but it also sounds so attractive (apparently). I am also highly indecisive.
