[SOLVED] Seller claims gpu can't stay on longer than 6 hours

So there's a seller selling a 750ti for an incredibly cheap price of $27, they claim that it is unable to stay on for longer than 6 hours. What are the possible problems here? And is there any way to mitigate it?

Could be a problem with their PSU or cooling system, not the GPU itself.

Could be a number of things.
Including, and likely, it is actually broken.

I wouldn't buy it.
