So, i just bought a UPLAY GLOBAL CD-KEY for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege on G2A with G2A Shield. Once i activated the key on Uplay, it said that the key is already in use with another Uplay account. I believe this to be a scam by the seller, as he probably activated the key before putting it up for sale... I sent a few emails to G2A Support and did a few live chats aswell for getting a refund. I mean, they say on their site that it's 100% guaranteed for a valid key and/or successful refund... I selected the correct region, used the correct platform... And i was really excited for buying the game! What are the chances of getting a refund or getting a brand new, working key? I payed allot of money and i do not want it to go to waste! And from now on, i will buy all my games, full price, on Steam.

If you paid for the key on PayPal start a dispute with them now! Don't waste time dealing with g2a "customer service", I've learned my lesson that the hard way, even with the so called "shield", you'd be lucky to get your money back, better to go straight to PayPal.

I just ticked the box 'goods not as described' without going into too much details, no questions asked and g2a never disputed or responded so I was awarded a win.

It's okay! I got my refund and bought the game from another seller, and this time it was a valid key...
