I am starting a computer company. I would like to preload the pc's with activated windows 10.
I would like to use Oem keys as they make the overall price cheaper for the customer.
I'm aware of the difference between Oem and retail but I'm confused about the selling of the computers with oem keys. Is it legal? Does it infringe any Microsoft licence agreements ect.
Could I be sued in any way?
From what I can tell. The resell of the keys is problematic but if a Oem key is already used on a pc and Sold? Thanks.

OEM Licenses were never intended for "Personal" use. As the license agreement read (last time I read it), the licenses were to be installed on computers to be sold. You are the computer manufacturer. Same is if you were Dell or HP.
