[SOLVED] Selling CPU, would this include what surrounds it? or is that worthless?

Selling my i5-3330 CPU @ 3.00 GHz from my old comp. Could anyone direct me to as to what these other parts are called? and what is usual sold together or apart.

Any help much appreciated!!!

Will be dusted etc before selling too.

Thanks ! So with motherboards are they of any value, would I generally remove the i5 and sell? Would this just be done by removing the fan off.
