yeah but no money XD and the i5 4440 and gtx 1050 ti is only 400$ thats why im asking xd i can sell my pc for 450$

In that case you're probably better off with the i5 system, should perform a little better than your current one overall. The downside is that it has a worse upgrade path than your current system (older motherboard socket, DDR3 RAM).

You would still be better off with the current system and GTX 1050Ti, just save up and get the GPU. Or just sell the old GPU and run on onboard graphics until you get the GTX 1050Ti.

The other way is moving backwards to a 4th Gen and DDR3 from a 6th gen setup and DDR4. Not really a good idea.
