Selling My System Components - Formatting SSD Correctly to Sell

Hi,

I am selling my desktop system components which has a Samsung EVO SSD. This currently has my Win 10 OS on it.

How do I correctly format the drive while it is still connected to the rest of my PC before I start stripping the components?

I would like to sell the SSD, clean so to speak.

Encrypt it first, run something like this http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/active_killdisk.html and than format to Fat32.
